Our RESCHEDULED AGM took place on Saturday 4th May 2013
at Needwood Jubilee Village Hall, Newchurch, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 8RQ
The following were elected to serve for the following year:
FT Sec: Johanna Cooper
Treasurer Mrs Christine Evans
Committee: The following were re-standing for election -
Miss Tracy Cartwright, Mr Paul Evans, Mrs Maxine McCullogh, Miss Kimberley O’ Connor, Miss Sharon Pinkerton. In addition, nominations had been received for Mrs Amanda Jackson, Mr Richard Jackson and Mr Gordon Kirkwood.
By agreement of the membership, the above committee members were elected ‘en bloc’, there being more places than candidates.
GWP Club Chair Paul Evans advised those present that Tony Taylor had (in the absence of any nominations) offered to take on the role of Secretary and that the committee would, with the agreement of the AGM, be co-opting him in to that position.
Other matters were discussed, but the full information will be posted out to members in due course.
